1. Who we are
Framolens operates the Strategic Relevance Assessment at www.framolens.io. We are based in the United States. Questions about this policy can be directed to admin@framolens.io.
Framolens Survey is operated by Framolens, the company behind the Living Strategy platform at framolens.ai. When we refer to “Framolens”, “we”, or “us” in this policy, we mean the same organisation. Insights from anonymised assessment data may inform the development of Framolens products, including the Framolens platform.
2. What we collect
When you complete the assessment we collect:
- Your first and last name
- Business email address
- Organisation name
- Role or title
- Organisation website (optional)
- Your 30 assessment responses
3. How we use it
We use your information to:
- Generate your personalised executive report
- Deliver your report by email
- Display your results on screen
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Anonymised research
We may use anonymised, aggregated data — meaning data with all personal identifiers removed — for research, benchmarking, and product development purposes. This helps us understand strategic adaptation patterns across organisations. Your individual responses are never shared or attributed to you or your organisation.
5. Data storage
Your data is stored securely in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon (neon.tech) on servers in the United States. Your report is retained to allow you to return to your results via the link in your email.
6. Email
We send one email after you complete the assessment — your executive report. We do not send marketing emails unless you separately opt in. We use Gmail (Google Workspace) to deliver your report.
7. Your rights
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing admin@framolens.io. We will delete your respondent record and assessment responses within 7 business days.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be noted with an updated effective date.
